Грунт на водной основе, предназначенный для обработки краев и урезов кожи при изготовлении кожгалантерейный изделий (кошельки, портмоне, обложки, ремни, сумки, чемоданы и т.д.).

ORLYSS – эмульсия, изготовленная из смол, восков, красителей, и пигментов на водной основе. Закрывает поры кожи и разглаживает излишек мездры, оставшийся после обрезания краев кожи и подготавливает их к окрашиванию краской для урезов ОRLY.
- перед применением ORLYSS хорошо встряхнуть.
- нанести вручную или при помощи специальной машины для покраски краев небольшое количество эмульсии.
- дать подсохнуть минимум 10-15 минут, можно подсушить в печи при температуре 40-50 С.
- отполировать срез вручную или на специальной, предназначенной для обработки краев машине щетками,
устанавливая режим так, чтобы избежать сильного давления щеток на края изделия.
- затем сверху нанести краску для урезов ORLY или другую краску.
